My order was never delivered. The day I got an email saying it was delivered I searched my building and mailbox and it was no where to be found. I immediately contacted customer service the phone number on the website is disconnected so I emailed and let them know what happened. Was told if I still don’t have it after 5 days to let them know. After 5 days they said I had to submit a claim with USPS. I’ve never had a company tell me I had to handle this type of issue. Disappointed to say the least.
