Love the scent. My last one burned all the way down over the holidays. I miss the smell in my house, so I ordered 3 of these.
I was excited when the box arrived, but I was sent 3 Togetherness instead. Customer service apologized and said my order would be corrected.
I waited just a few days and was thrilled when my replacements arrived until l I opened the box. Shelter? Nope. I was sent 3 Gratitude this time
I've emailed three times about the Gratitude. Four if you count the one I mailed duringng bad weather that was at least answered by auto reply. The first email was replied to with apologies. My candles would be on the way! I waited. No candles. Next two emails...crickets. Not a word about fixing this. I even went ALL CAPS in the subject line for attention. I got no response, but I did get promo email.
This has been going on for a month. I hate to post a negative review because I have never had bad service here before, but I am incredibly disappointed that CS has dropped the ball like this. One was to be a gift, but time is running out on that.
The candle is great. Customer service is terrible.
I guess I will keep searching TJ Maxx.
